Privacy: We will never sell, rent or otherwise abuse your email address, postal address or financial information. Your personal information obtained from orders is automatically entered into a secure merchant billing interface that does not allow access to the information. You can check to see that we are a reputable merchant by clicking on the Authorize.net seal. We promise not to spam you, but may occasionally send you emails with coupons and special promotions. You are our friend, and we will not take advantage of our friendship.
Order Processing: Items ordered before noon (1:00 PM) EST will be processed the same day. Orders received after 1:00 PM EST will process next day.
Shipping: Most gift items arrive at your door in 7-10 days but most organization products ship faster.
Why do some products take so long? The reason for this is that some of our products ship directly from our manufacturers. This helps us to give you the best possible prices.
Shipping times apply to shipments in the continental United States. For shipments sent by Standard shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, add 2–4 days to the shipping time. Delivery to APO/FPO addresses can take up to 3 to 6 weeks and is not in our control.
At this time, delivery is limited to street addresses in the 48 contiguous states.
Returns and Damaged Goods:
MessTherapy is happy to replace a gift with another selection, issue a gift certificate, or refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed within 10 days for non-damaged goods, and within 15 days for damaged goods.
To return or exchange undamaged items, please follow these simple steps:

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. MessTherapy is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
For damaged goods:
Repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip. Write the order ID number on the OUTSIDE of the box.
